Today we're incredibly excited to have actor Sam Clemmett here for a Q&A all about Norwich! He's currently playing Albus Severus Potter, Harry's son, in Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, but he's a born and bred 'Norfolkian', having grown up in Brundall, a small village in the heart of the Broads!

1. WHAT DO YOU LOVE MOST ABOUT THE CITY?

Norwich is a quiet, quaint, beautiful city which I love to come back to from the hustle and bustle of London. My favourite thing about Norwich is the access to the countryside it is just minutes from the city centre, in particular, the broads. During the summer, when I am around, I like nothing more than to get out on the broads with friends and go fishing, visit local pubs and take my gorgeous dog Noah for long walks.

2. IF YOU HAD A SATURDAY MORNING FREE TO ROAM NORWICH, WHERE WOULD YOU HEAD TO?

If I had a Saturday morning free I would head over to Tombland, the area where the cathedral is. It’s a beautiful part of the city with wonderful architecture with a vibrant array of fantastic restaurants and cafés. Whenever I know of friends visiting Norwich, I always tell them to head to this area for a few hours! I'm also a massive fan of Pottergate. It has great array of independent shops which I visit regularly and I love the Belgian Monk.

3. NORFOLK & NORWICH FESTIVAL OR THE BEER FESTIVAL? AND WHY?

Now that is a tough one! I would say Norfolk & Norwich festival because the incredible international acts that make up most of the Festival are a feast for the eyes and the ears. Each year the programme is quirky and inventive and quite often you get to see a world premiere or an amazing act before it heads off somewhere else around the world. From time to time it also presents varied local talent from around Norfolk which is always good to go along to and support. I will always bump into friends I haven't seen for a while at the Festival which is always a nice surprise. However, that's not to say I don't love a locally-brewed pint. Getting my close friends together and heading to the beer festival is always fun!

4. IF YOU WERE GIVEN £50 TO SPEND IN NORWICH WHERE WOULD YOU SPEND IT? AND WHAT WOULD YOU BUY?

To spend the £50 I would head down to Pottergate and my favourite local shop called Elements - I always get a great purchase in there.

5. TOP TIP YOU WOULD GIVE A FIRST-TIME VISITOR TO NORWICH?

My top tip for anyone visiting Norwich... don't just stick to the city centre. Head down to the likes of the Cathedral Quarter, or hop onto a train to get in the countryside for a few hours and have a lovely locally-brewed Norfolk beer!
